School's back in session. Labor
Day's done. Time to climb back into the work
saddle full time. Sigh.
We took one last road trip from Las
Vegas to Durango, visiting Monument Valley, Mesa Verde,
the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, and various sights in
between. What a spectacular country this is!
On the financial planning front, in
early August, Dennis was interviewed by KDWN, a local
radio station, regarding the new rules for credit cards.
We're now gearing up for Financial Planning Week
(October 5th through 11th).
As you may know, we're very active in
the Rotary Club of Las Vegas Northwest. We're
working on our annual fundraiser, The Affair To
Remember(sm), which will take place in May. Funds raised
are used to provide aid and support to disadvantaged
women and children in our community. The Affair To
Remember(sm) is a wonderful opportunity for local
businesses to be recognized as having community
