The Centers
for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released
their long awaited Final Rule for the End Stage Renal
Disease Prospective Payment System Bundle. And "long" is
the word for all 923 pages of it. That's kept
Judith busy for the past few weeks.
The associations for which CBE provides
administrative support have been busy. The
Financial Planning Association of Nevada held its
quarterly educational meeting in July. The meeting
included presentations on some original and innovative
potential portfolio investments, just the kind of thing

a separate presentation on economic outlook and yield
prognostication to the northern Nevada FPA members who
couldn't make it down to Las Vegas.
Gift Planning Advisors is moving
steadily ahead on its October Looking Ahead(SM) conference.
And all of that has kept Dennis pretty
busy for the past few weeks.
